Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix dry ingredients except for chocolate chips and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Add dry to wet and stir to combine, but don't overmix.
Fold in ¾ cup chocolate chips.
Grease 9×5-inch loaf pan and fill with batter.
Top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!
