Gluten Free Banana Bread

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a standard loaf pan.
  • Blend bananas with sugar and oil, stir in dry ingredients. Blend well until all ingredients are moist.
  • Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until test skewer comes out clean.
  • Cool on rack before slicing.
