Double Chocolate Oat Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Organic Oat Flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup melted butter cooled
  • ½ cup coconut sugar or sugar of choice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix dry ingredients except for chocolate chips and set aside.⁠
  • In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients.⁠
  • Add dry to wet and stir to combine, but don't overmix.
  • Fold in ¾ cup chocolate chips.⁠
  • Grease 9×5-inch loaf pan and fill with batter⁠.
  • Top with remaining chocolate chips.⁠
  • Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean!⁠
