Gluten Free Banana Bread

      • Ingredients:
        • 1 Cup Arrowhead Mills White Rice Flour
        • 1 Cup brown rice flour
        • ¼ Cup potato starch flour
        • ¼ Cup tapioca flour
        • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
        • 1 Tablespoon baking powder
        • 1 Tablespoon of egg replacer (dry option)
        • ½ Cup of canola oil
        • ²⁄3 Cup honey or brown sugar
        • 1 ½ Cups mashed over ripe bananas
      • Directions:
        1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
        2. Grease a standard loaf pan.
        3. Blend bananas with sugar and oil, stir in dry ingredients. Blend well until all ingredients are moist.
        4. Transfer batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes or until test skewer comes out clean.
        5. Cool on rack before slicing.
