Our rendition of international favorites

Gluten-Free Scallion Pancakes are our take on the delicious savory bread. Scallion pancakes have ties to China, Korea, and Taiwan, and our recipe calls for chilies, sesame oil, soy sauce, and of course, scallions. Made completely gluten-free, this recipe uses our Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour and our Gluten-Free Brown Rice Flour.

Buttermilk Blinis are our rendition of the traditional Russian semi-savory pancake. They use heavy cream, butter, and our Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix, making it simple to whip up. Generally, these are served as small, thin pancakes that are topped with ingredients like smoked salmon, creme fraiche, and more.

Our Homemade Roti is a round flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent and has a mild taste. It frequently accompanies Indian curries, but can also go great with soups or dips. Our homemade version uses our Organic Whole Grain Spelt Flour instead of the traditional Atta flour, giving it a delicious and slightly nutty flavor.

Our Cornmeal Tortillas are great with a delicious taco filling. Corn tortillas are popular all over South America and traditionally use Masa as the flour ingredient. We use our Organic Yellow Cornmeal and our Organic All-Purpose Flour, which will give a slightly different, but still delicious, flavor than traditional corn tortillas.

These Latkes are a popular treat during Jewish holidays but can be enjoyed year-round. Traditionally, they originated in the Italian Jewish community, but have since been a staple for many Jewish people. The key ingredient in these is the potatoes, but they also include our Gluten-Free Oat Flour to create a delicious crunch.

With so many options, you can try all of these and more by exploring our many yummy recipes! Happy baking!
