Peanut Butter Puffed Rice Bars

  • 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 10 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil melted


  • In a glass bowl add in peanut butter and maple syrup then mix, allow it to set for 5 minutes.
  • In another glass bowl add in chocolate chips and coconut oil then mix and microwave till completely melted.
  • In the peanut butter add in salt, cinnamon, and coconut oil then mix well. Fold in Arrowhead Mills Puffed Rice till completely combined.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into a lined glass square container. Lightly pressed down then pour on the melted chocolate.
  • Refrigerated or freezer for a minimum for 45 minutes.
  • Gently remove and cut into squares. Optional add on sea salt or salt flakes then serve!


With only 6 ingredients, they are crispy, salty, sweet, and VERY delicious! No oven required.
