Everything Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

  • cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg (room temp) or equal part flaxseed egg
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups everything seasoning

Instructions

  • In the bowl mix together Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour, xanthan gum, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Slowly mix in the hot water, melted butter, egg, and cider vinegar.
  • Mix for 3 minutes.
  • Place the dough on a clean surface and cut into 9 pieces. Dip your fingertips into warm water and form the rolls into balls, continuing to wet fingers as needed.
  • Now in a large bowl add in everything seasoning. Gently toss the rolls into the seasoning.
  • In a greased 9 x 9 pan place the rolls.
  • Cover with a dry towel and let rise in a warm place 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Bake in 400° oven for 25-28 minutes till golden.
