  • 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar or other sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¼ cups eggnog
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg


  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon



  • Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
  • Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.⁠


  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until you achieve a smooth glaze.
  • Once the donuts have cooled slightly, dip each donut into the glaze, ensuring an even coating.
  • Place the glazed eggnog donuts on a wire rack to allow any excess glaze to drip off.
