Eggnog Donuts

Ingredients

Donuts

  • 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar or other sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ¼ cups eggnog
  • 2 large eggs room tmperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon nutmeg

Glaze

  • 1 ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
  • Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.⁠
