Ingredients

Donuts

2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic All-Purpose Flour
¼ cup coconut oil melted
¼ cup coconut sugar or other sugar
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 ¼ cups eggnog
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg

Glaze

1 ½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup eggnog
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Donuts

Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.⁠

Glaze

In a separate bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until you achieve a smooth glaze.
Once the donuts have cooled slightly, dip each donut into the glaze, ensuring an even coating.
