Chocolate Buckwheat Cake

  • Preheat oven to 375 F
  • In a large bowl, mix together Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and cacao. 
  • In a smaller bowl blend together the coconut milk, eggs, ghee, and cashew butter until smooth.
  • Pour the blended wet ingredients into a dry ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
  • Pour the cake batter into the two prepared cake pans.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.


Cool before frosting. Enjoy!
