Brazilian Cheese Bread

  • cup Arrowhead Mills Tapioca Flour
  • cup milk (nondairy works too)
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 egg (or egg replacement)
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup shredded cheese


  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • In a blender, add Arrowhead Mills Tapioca Flour, milk, oil, egg, and salt. Bend till smooth. 
  • Add in cheese and lightly for 5-10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a well oil muffin pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes till golden.
  • Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
