Pumpkin Spice Bread

  • cups Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • cups pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs (or egg replacement)
  • cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tsp cinnamon


  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In a large bowl, place in Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt then whisk.
  • In a smaller bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin purée, vanilla, and oil. Once mixed together add into flour mixture.
  • Add the spices and brown sugar. Stir together with a spatula or wood spoon till well combined. 
  • Pour into oiled loaf pan. 
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean. 
  • Cool for 20 mins before removing from loaf pan. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
