Garlic Herb Pull Apart Bread

  • 2 tbsp non-dairy butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded non-dairy cheese of your choice


  • In a large bowl mix the dried ingredients together. Then add water and oil, start kneading until the dough is smooth and no longer sticking.
    Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.
  • Flatten into 4-inch circles. They don’t need to be perfect.
  • Spread garlic herb butter on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Layer the dough pieces on top of each other.
  • Arrange in loaf pan.
  • Cover and proof again for 60 to 90 minutes until the volume has increased at least double in size.
  • Brush on melted butter. Bake at 350F degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
