In the bowl mix together Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Flour, xanthan gum, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
Slowly mix in the hot water, melted butter, egg, and cider vinegar.
Mix for 3 minutes.
Place the dough on a clean surface and cut into 9 pieces. Dip your fingertips into warm water and form the rolls into balls, continuing to wet fingers as needed.
Now in a large bowl add in everything seasoning. Gently toss the rolls into the seasoning.
In a greased 9 x 9 pan place the rolls.
Cover with a dry towel and let rise in a warm place 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake in 400° oven for 25-28 minutes till golden.
