Rye Crepes

      • Directions:
        1. In a large bowl, mix together rye, all-purpose, baking powder and salt.⁠
        2. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, milk, eggs and oil until well combined.⁠
        3. Stir dry mixture into the wet until a batter forms.⁠
        4. In a medium sized skillet, over medium-high heat, melt some butter. Add ¼ cup of batter evenly and swirl the pan to evenly coat. Cook for 2 minutes and flip. Cook for an additional minute.⁠
        5. Repeat until the batter is gone.⁠
