        • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
        • ⅓ cup melted Butter
        • ½ cup Milk
        • 2 large Eggs
        • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
        • 1 ½ cups Arrowhead Mills Spelt Flour
        • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
        • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
        • ¼ teaspoon Salt
        • ½ cup Chocolate Chips, melted
        • 2 tablespoons Brewed Espresso
      • Directions:
        1. Make the bread: Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a loaf pan.

        5. Bake banana bread at 350° F for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
        6. Let set and once cooled, remove from pan. Slice and enjoy!
