Eggnog Donuts

      • Ingredients:
      • Donuts

        • 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour⁠
        • ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted⁠
        • ¼ cup Coconut Sugar (or other sugar)⁠
        • 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder⁠
        • ½ teaspoon Salt⁠
        • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda⁠
        • 1 ¼ cups Eggnog⁠
        • 2 Large Eggs (room temp)⁠
        • 1 teaspoon Vanilla⁠
        • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon⁠
        • ⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg

        Glaze

        • 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar⁠
        • ¼ cup Eggnog⁠
        • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract⁠
        • ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon⁠
      • Directions:
        1. Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans and bake at 325ºF for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.⁠
