Eggnog Donuts

- Ingredients:
Donuts
- 2 cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
- ¼ cup Coconut Sugar (or other sugar)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 ¼ cups Eggnog
- 2 Large Eggs (room temp)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg
Glaze
- 1 ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- ¼ cup Eggnog
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

- Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients into the wet. Spoon mixture into donut pans and bake at 325ºF for 8-10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
