Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies

- Ingredients:
- 7 tbsp / 100g Butter (room temp.)
- ¹⁄3 cup Tahini
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 lg Egg
- 1 ¼ cup Oats
- ½ cup Arrowhead Mill’s Oat Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 100 grams Dark Chocolate (chopped)
- 75 grams Dark Chocolate Chips

- Directions:
- In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together. Add egg, tahini + vanilla and mix until well combined.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Add 1/2 of your dry ingredients to your wet mixture until well combined. Mix in last half until just combined.
- Fold in chopped chocolate chips.
- Scoop cookies into a parchment lined baking sheet and top with dark chocolate chips.
- Bake in 375°F oven for 10-14 minutes or until edges just begin to crisp.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
