Chocolate Chip Tahini Cookies

      • Ingredients:
        • 7 tbsp / 100g Butter (room temp.)
        • ¹⁄3 cup Tahini
        • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
        • 1 lg Egg
        • 1 ¼ cup Oats
        • ½ cup Arrowhead Mill’s Oat Flour
        • ½ tsp Baking Powder
        • ½ tsp Cinnamon
        • ½ tsp Salt
        • ½ cup Brown Sugar
        • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
        • 100 grams Dark Chocolate (chopped)
        • 75 grams Dark Chocolate Chips
      • Directions:
        1.  In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together. Add egg, tahini + vanilla and mix until well combined.
        2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
        3. Add 1/2 of your dry ingredients to your wet mixture until well combined. Mix in last half until just combined.
        4. Fold in chopped chocolate chips.
        5. Scoop cookies into a parchment lined baking sheet and top with dark chocolate chips.
        6. Bake in 375°F oven for 10-14 minutes or until edges just begin to crisp.
        7. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
