In a large bowl mix the dried ingredients together. Then add water and oil, start kneading until the dough is smooth and no longer sticking.Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.
Flatten into 4-inch circles. They don’t need to be perfect.
Spread garlic herb butter on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Layer the dough pieces on top of each other.
Arrange in loaf pan.
Cover and proof again for 60 to 90 minutes until the volume has increased at least double in size.
Brush on melted butter. Bake at 350F degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
