White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Biscotti

  • Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to wet mixture. Fold in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
  • Press into two 12″x3″ rectangles on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° F for 16-20 minutes.
  • Cut into 0.75″ – 1″ slices, and bake at 300° F for 10-15 minutes until firm.⁠Optional: melt extra white chocolate to drizzle on biscotti slices!


⁠Tip: the smaller you chop the macadamia nuts, the easier it’ll be to slice the biscotti.
