- 2 ¼ cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mix
- ¼ cup Avocado Oil (or oil of choice)
- 2 Eggs
- 2-3 cups Raspberries
- 1 ¼ cups Milk
- Puree raspberries with milk. Combine with eggs and oil and then add waffle mix. Brush hot waffle iron with butter before pouring batter.
