Pumpkin Pancakes



Toppings (Optional) 

  • Toasted Pumpkin Seeds 
  • Maple Syrup


  • Prepare pancakes according to package instructions, adding 1/4 cup pure pumpkin puree and 1 tsp powdered pumpkin spice. 
  • Cook on preheated (375°F – 400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface.⁠  
  • Serve them warm with toasted pumpkin seeds and maple syrup. Enjoy!⁠
