  • ½ cup soy milk (substitute rice milk, oat milk, or any milk of choice)
  • ½ large banana frozen
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowhead Mills Organic Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. You should have a creamy pumpkin smoothie.
  • Serve immediately in your favorite glass or chilled mug.
