Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy milk substitute rice milk
  • ½ large banana frozen
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Arrowhead Mills Organic Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Serve immediatly.

Notes

Tip: Swap out the yogurt for vanilla ice cream for a delicious dessert smoothie.
