Cornbread Casserole

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly grease or line a casserole dish. 
  • In a large bowl combine the Arrowhead Mills Yellow Cornmeal, whole-kernel corn, reserved liquid, cream-style corn, eggs, and sour cream. Stir until mixture is well incorporated. 
  • Pour the batter into the prepared casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with cheese.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown. Cool for 5 mins before serving.
