Steel Cut Oat Granola

      • Ingredients:
        • 4 cups Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats
        • ½ cup Ground Flaxseed⁠
        • ½ cup Cashews (roughly chopped)⁠
        • ½ cup Chia Seeds⁠
        • ¼ cup Coconut Oil⁠
        • 1 ¼ cup Grade A Maple Syrup⁠
        • 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon⁠
        • 1 tablespoon Ground Ginger⁠
        • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract⁠
        • ⅓ cup Shredded Coconut⁠
        • ⅔ cup Chocolate Chips⁠
      • Directions:
        1. Combine all dry ingredients except chocolate chips.⁠
        2. Melt coconut oil, and combine all wet ingredients.⁠
        3. Add wet ingredients to dry mix, and when combined, fold in the chocolate chips. ⁠
        4. Spread on two parchment-lined cookie sheets. ⁠
        5. Bake at 325° F for 50-75 minutes, checking it every 20 minutes and tossing it. It’ll depend on how thin you spread it and your oven temperature. (Granola is done when it’s a little golden brown. It will continue to cook a little as it cools. If you’d like bigger clumps you can fold in more chocolate chips when it comes out of the oven.)
