Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, place in Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt then whisk.
In a smaller bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin purée, vanilla, and oil. Once mixed together add into flour mixture.
Add the spices and brown sugar. Stir together with a spatula or wood spoon till well combined.
Pour into oiled loaf pan.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Cool for 20 mins before removing from loaf pan. Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
