Honey Butter Dinner Rolls

Ingredients

Arrowhead Mills All Purpose Flour

sugar
2¼
tsp
instant yeast
(about 1 packet)

tsp
sea salt

cup
warm milk
¼
cup
melted butter
Topping
2
tbsp
butter melted
1
tbsp
honey
Instructions
In the bowl add the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together.
Create a well in the centre of the flour. Slowly add the warm milk and butter to the dry ingredients, and mix together.
Knead the dough for about 5-6 minutes till dough is smooth, with slight dimples with a bit of tension formed.
Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let it sit for at least 2 hours on the counter.
Punch down the dough and fold over.
Divide the dough into 15 equal balls and roll each into a ball.
Grease a 9×13 container. Line up the balls evenly beside each other.
Cover and allow the balls to proof/rise for another 1 hour.
Make honey butter topping. Melt butter then add butter and set aside to cool.
Preheating your oven to 400°F
Using a silicone brush/pastry brush, brush the honey butter over the top of the rolls.
Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. Remove from oven.
