Ingredients

Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour
1
cup
cocoa powder
½
tsp
baking soda
1
cup
sugar
1
tsp
salt

eggs
2
cups
milk
1
cup
butter
2
tbsp
oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F
In a large bowl, mix together Arrowhead Mills Buckwheat Flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and cacao.
In a smaller bowl blend together the coconut milk, eggs, ghee, and cashew butter until smooth.
Pour the blended wet ingredients into a dry ingredients. Mix until incorporated.
Pour the cake batter into the two prepared cake pans.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
