Preheat oven to 400F
In a blender, add Arrowhead Mills Tapioca Flour, milk, oil, egg, and salt. Bend till smooth.
Add in cheese and lightly for 5-10 seconds.
Pour the mixture into a well oil muffin pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes till golden.
Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
