Red Lentil Wraps

Materials

Arrowhead Mills Red Lentils

organic cornstarch
Instructions
Place Arrowhead Mill’s red lentils in a high-speed blender and process till a flour texture.
Transfer to a bowl, add cornstarch, water, and whisk together. Set for 2-3 minutes allowing the lentils absorb the water and thicken.
Heat a frying pan on med add oil. Pour 1/3 cup of the batter evenly. Cook 2-3 minutes then flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
