Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter the cake mold and sprinkle it with sugar.
Mix yogurt, eggs, sugar, olive oil, and vanilla until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking powder.
Combine dry mixture to wet and stir until just combined.
Fold in apples and pour the mixture into the mold.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. To check doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of your cake. The toothpick should come out clean.
Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the mold.
