Pumpkin Spice and Chia Seed Smoothie

      • Ingredients:
        • ½ Cup soy milk or rice milk
        • ½ banana
        • ¼ Cup pumpkin puree
        • ¼ Cup yogurt – suggest vanilla honey yogurt
        • 2 Tablespoons Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats
        • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
        • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
        • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
        • Pinch of ground ginger
        • 1-2 Tablespoons honey
        • Large handful of ice
      • Directions:
        1. Place all ingredients into the blender. Blend until well combined. Serve and enjoy.
        2. Tip – Swap out the yogurt for vanilla ice cream for a relatively healthy dessert smoothie!
