Peppermint Skillet Cookie

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Oat Flour
- 6 tablespoons Butter – room temp
- ¾ cup Coconut Sugar (or sugar of choice)
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 1 ¼ cups Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Crushed Candy Cane + more for topping

- Directions:
- Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in dry ingredients.
- Spread into 10″ cast iron or other pie plate (feel free to line with parchment for easier de-panning.
- Bake at 350° F for 22-25 until center is set. Serve warm!
