Peppermint Skillet Cookie

      • Ingredients:
        • 1 cup Arrowhead Mills Oat Flour
        • 6 tablespoons Butter – room temp⁠
        • ¾ cup Coconut Sugar (or sugar of choice)⁠
        • 1 Egg⁠
        • 1 teaspoon Vanilla⁠
        • 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder⁠
        • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda⁠
        • ½ teaspoon Salt⁠
        • ¼ teaspoon Peppermint Extract ⁠
        • 1 ¼ cups Chocolate Chips⁠
        • ¼ cup Crushed Candy Cane + more for topping⁠
      • Directions:
        1. Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in dry ingredients.
        2. Spread into 10″ cast iron or other pie plate (feel free to line with parchment for easier de-panning.⁠
        3. Bake at 350° F for 22-25 until center is set. Serve warm!
