Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

      • Ingredients:
        • ½ cup (1 stick) Butter, room temp⁠
        • ¾ cup Peanut Butter⁠
        • 1 ⅓ cups Granulated Sugar⁠
        • 1 Egg⁠
        • 2 tablespoons Milk⁠
        • 2 teaspoons Vanilla⁠
        • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa⁠
        • 1 ½ cups Arrowhead Mills All-Purpose flour ⁠
        • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda⁠
        • A pinch Salt⁠
        • 1 bag Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)⁠
      • Directions:
        1. Heat oven to 375°F.⁠
        2. Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Then add in egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy.⁠
        3. In a separate bowl sift cocoa, flour, baking soda, and salt. Once sifted add flour mixture to sugar mixture and beat until just combined.⁠
        4. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Set on a parchment-lined baking sheet. ⁠
        5. Place on prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. (If want them extra chewy, chill for 10 minutes in the freezer before baking.)⁠
        6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.⁠
        7. While baking unwrap Hershey’s Kisses. Once cookies are done baking, remove them from the oven and immediately press a chocolate Kiss into the center of each cookie. The cookie should crack around the edges.⁠
        8. Allow cookies to cool to room temperature.⁠
