Creamy French Dressing

    • Made to order for a crisp green salad.
      • Ingredients:
        • ½ Cup carrot Juice
        • ½ Cup rice milk
        • ½ Cup canola or safflower oil
        • 4 Tablespoons tahini
        • 4 teaspoons dijon style mustard
        • 1 Tablespoon brown rice vinegar
        • 1 teaspoon sea salt
      • Directions:
        1. Combine the juice, rice milk, oil, tahini, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a blender or food processor.
        2. Mix until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
        3. Refrigerate and serve when ready.
