Creamy French Dressing
Made to order for a crisp green salad.
- ½ Cup carrot Juice
- ½ Cup rice milk
- ½ Cup canola or safflower oil
- 4 Tablespoons tahini
- 4 teaspoons dijon style mustard
- 1 Tablespoon brown rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Combine the juice, rice milk, oil, tahini, mustard, vinegar, and salt in a blender or food processor.
- Mix until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Refrigerate and serve when ready.
